Our new sustainable materials are biodegradable and recyclable. This means our packaging breaks down naturally in nature or can be repurposed, ensuring it remains eco-friendly no matter where it is disposed of worldwide.
Minimal Material Consumption
The right material and as little of it as possible. With our cutting-edge technology, we ensure up to an 85% reduction in material usage. This drastic decrease demonstrates our sustainability commitment, enabling significant cost savings.
Reduced Carbon Footprint
Our packaging systems dramatically reduce CO2 emissions. Through innovative processes our technology substantially minimises the need for transport and curbs the release of CO2 into the environment.
Optimal Energy Efficiency
Through our technology, energy consumption is kept at a minimum. Our innovative solutions prioritise efficiency, minimising energy while maximising quality. Chocal machines consume no more than standard household appliances.

Earth-Friendly Packaging:
Our Pledge to Sustainable Solutions
Our packaging solutions are designed according to the cradle-to-cradle principle and embody nature's intelligence. Made only of organic materials, they can be both composted or recycled after use. In regions equipped with robust recycling systems, our packaging is seamlessly recyclable within the existing infrastructure (see technosphere).
In the absence of available infrastructure, Chocal packaging biodegrades naturally without leaving behind harmful micro plastics (see ecosphere). Even our printing inks and barrier coatings are biodegradable and non-toxic, fostering a sustainable cycle of creation and decomposition. Wherever in the world our packaging is thrown away, it does not leave behind waste but nutrients.
